1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 USD for orders under $29.99 USD, free for orders of $30 USD or more.
  • If the order is paid in another currency, the cost of paid and free shipping will be determined based on the exchange rate of that currency to the US dollar at the time of payment, according to the above thresholds.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing and Delivery Time

We ship from various countries worldwide to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Processing time can take up to 3 days unless priority processing is selected. Factors such as logistics delays and customs clearances may affect shipping time.

  • Shipping within the USA: Generally takes 8-10 business days, depending on your location. Considering processing and shipping times, total delivery time can be up to 15 business days.
  • Shipping within Australia: Generally takes 8-10 business days, depending on your location. Considering processing and shipping times, total delivery time can be up to 15 business days.
  • Shipping within Europe: Generally takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Considering processing and shipping times, total delivery time can be up to 15 business days.
  • International Shipping: Generally takes 10-25 business days, depending on your location. Processing time can take up to 3 days unless priority processing is selected. Considering processing and shipping times, total delivery time can be up to 28 business days.

2.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we take steps to minimize any delays in shipment.

2.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.

2.5 P.O. Box Shipping

DrPawsShop™ ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services for these locations.

2.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

2.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

2.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

4. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please, if possible, refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

5. Duties and Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

5.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, with no additional fees payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

8.1 Procedure for Damaged Parcel in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

8.2 Procedure for Lost Parcel in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
